• Product is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days unless otherwise stated on the product or packaging from the date of the original purchase, subject to disclaimers and limitations stated below

During the above time period, The AMES Companies will replace this product, or such part of the product as may be defective, at AMES option, and at AMES cost, subject to the following provisions

• This warranty extends only to the original purchaser of the product
